Where you engage us for a mandate, we will also hold commercial and technical information supplied for that purpose: consumption data, tariff records, drawings, financial models and regulatory correspondence.

Our website collects basic technical information automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, for the purpose of keeping the site working and understanding which content is useful.

To respond to your enquiry, to deliver the services you have engaged us for, and to meet our own legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

To send you our monthly note, where you have asked for it. Every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and we do not use the list for anything else.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Commercial and technical information provided during an engagement is treated as confidential by default. Access is limited to the team members working on that mandate.

At the end of an engagement we will return or destroy client working material on written request, other than what we are required to retain for statutory or audit purposes.

We use third-party service providers for functions such as email delivery, document storage and website hosting. These providers process information on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information where required by law, by a regulator, or by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable company, tax and professional obligations.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it.

You may withdraw consent to marketing communication at any time, either through the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and internal handling rules appropriate to the sensitivity of the information concerned. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected parties where a breach is likely to result in material risk.
