Land Aggregation & Approvals

Land is where Indian renewable projects most often stall. We aggregate clean, contiguous, connected parcels — with title that survives diligence.

Overview

What this service covers.

Finding land is the easy part. Finding contiguous parcels with clear title, no tenancy claims, workable conversion status, evacuation within reach and an acceptable irradiance or wind resource is the hard part, and it takes local presence rather than a database.

We run identification, title search, negotiation and aggregation, then carry the file through conversion, CLU, revenue entries, pollution board and grid connectivity so that the site handed to the EPC is genuinely construction-ready.

Common questions

Before you ask.

If your question is not here, it is probably a good one. Send it across and you will get a direct answer rather than a brochure.

Ask the team
Do you buy land on your own books?

We can structure either way — aggregation as your agent, or acquisition into an SPV that transfers on financial close. The right structure depends on your tax and timing position.

How long does aggregation take?

For a 30–50 MW footprint, six to twelve months is realistic including conversion. Anyone promising materially faster is usually skipping diligence.

What if a title defect appears later?

Our diligence is documented and insurable, and we structure payments in tranches against milestones so that exposure is limited while the chain is still being verified.
