Services
Operating renewable assets change hands constantly. Pricing them correctly requires reading the generation data, not just the model.
Overview
We advise on acquisitions and divestments of solar, wind and hybrid assets — running technical and commercial diligence, testing the P50 against actual metered generation, pricing offtake and counterparty risk, and building the valuation that the negotiation is anchored to.
On the sell side we prepare the asset properly: data room, generation history, compliance file and O&M record assembled so that diligence does not become the buyer’s discount lever.

Common questions
If your question is not here, it is probably a good one. Send it across and you will get a direct answer rather than a brochure.
Ask the teamWe are most useful on assets between 5 MW and 250 MW, where diligence quality varies widely and mispricing is common.
We reconcile the resource assessment and P50 against metered generation, weather-normalise the variance, and separate resource underperformance from availability and O&M failure.
Yes — a significant share of our buy-side work is for industrial and financial groups making a first renewable acquisition.
